There are two types of sitters:

The kind that puts the toys away from playing, washes the pot of mac n’ cheese, puts the leftovers in the fridge and cleans the dishes from dinner and dessert during the 3 hours they are getting paid $15/hr after the kids are in bed.

And the kind you never call again.

TH kindly went grocery shopping this weekend and bought some chicken breast for me to make this yummy Chicken Milanese from Smitten Kitchen. After a very trying day with 2.0, I begrudgingly went to start making the chicken. And wouldn’t you know, the chicken had gone bad.
