Ha! I made kale chips today and my son (who HATES vegetables) gobbled it up. Kale isn’t so bad if you mix it into a smoothie masked by frozen strawberries, banana, apples, carrot, etc. Costco has a yummy stir fry mix with kale. It definitely takes a while to get used to.
Hilarious. I throw quinoa, and kale and oh my GOD cucumber soup (I just made this) at my family and fake a smile. It all tastes like shit and I just want some chocolate.
